Chicken. stewed- 300mg in 1 cup
Lamb- 60mg in 110g
Sponge cake- 260 mg
Butter- 250 mg in 110g
Ice cream- 45mg in 100g
Cheddar cheese- 19 mg in 25g
Chicken-60 mg in 110g

You should keep in mind that the daily take of cholesterol is 200mg. You should not exceed this number and that’s why you have to limit your high cholesterol diet up to this number. However, if you take more than 200mg of cholesterol per day, you need to increase the level of vit C and other anti-oxidants that you take. This way, you will protect your heart against the vicious influence of the increased levels of cholesterol.
