Let me let you in on a little secret. Starving yourself or killing yourself on workout machines isn’t going to help you unless you got some serious discipline. I’m not saying you’re not motivated but even the most highly disciplined people fall by the wayside. Take it from my experience, I thought I had plenty of discipline but exhausted is exhausted.

What if I was to tell you that losing weight doesn’t have to involve all the heartache and misery that comes with dieting and exercise and instead suggest that you should eat instead? Incredible right!

What the major weight loss companies and exercise gymnasiums don’t want you to know is that it’s simple to get your house in order, eat the foods you love (not all, but you’re going to like the choices) and have all the energy that goes with it.

Try this on for size; you need to eat fat to lose weight. What? That’s right, by starving yourself of fats, our survival instinct begins to kick in and we begin to store fats. Oh, you’ll get some benefit for a couple of days lose a few pounds but ultimately it stops there. Let me explain something to you, eating the right type of fats will allow our bodies to fuel themselves and get rid of the unwanted fats.

The great part is that real people with real problems will ultimately seek out real answers but the great part is with a little education you too can become an expert on the things you need to do for your body type to lose weight and reach your ideal body size.
